Aw shit! Now that's what I'm talkin' bout! I was expecting the first time around on Snoop's "I Wanna Rock". I wouldn't change a thing on the original but I thought Snoop would have given a little more props to Rob Base in his lyrics since the whole song is based around the "It Takes Two" sample.

It's all good though since Jay and Snoop showed the original some love on the remix. I love how Jay opened up with a revised version of Rob Base's first line like:

"I wanna rock right now,
my name is Hov and I came to shake the town.
Ya boy is internationally known,
but I'm from the hood, got a pocket full of stones"


Snoop also hit the track off with a little bit of Rakim's "Microphone Fiend" flavor.  Love it!
